专利说明:
description ATTACHMENT FOR A CIGARETTE BOX The invention relates to an attachment for a cigarette box and a correspondingly designed cigarette box. Cigarettes are usually sold in cigarette packs. The cigarette packet is essentially cuboid and consists of reinforced paper, cardboard, cardboard or the like and is usually printed for advertising purposes. The inside is often lined with coated paper, foil or the like. On the outside, a transparent and tearable plastic film is usually provided as a cover. In order to be able to access the inside of the cigarette box and to be able to remove the cigarettes from the inside, an openable flap is arranged on the cigarette box. Such a cigarette packet is also referred to as a hard pack, in contrast to a soft pack, in which a sleeve consists of a thin, deformable paper and is also essentially cuboid. After the cigarette is smoked, the leftover cigarette butt or stub is usually squeezed into an ashtray and disposed of therein. Especially in the great outdoors or when strolling through a city or while waiting, for example at a bus stop, there is often no ashtray available, so that the cigarette butt is disposed of by simply throwing it away. For reasons of environmental protection, in particular with regard to the cigarette filter which is difficult to rot, this is very worrying. In order to solve this garbage problem, it is known to assign an ashtray to the cigarette packet. For example, DE 299 01 733 U1 describes a cigarette packet with an integrated ashtray. The casing of the cigarette box is designed in such a way that not only can the cigarettes be accommodated, but a drawer-like ashtray can be pulled out of a separate compartment and pushed back in when not in use. Furthermore, US Pat. No. 3,112,029 discloses a cigarette packet to which a separate ashtray is integrally formed. In order to be able to fill the ashtray, a beak-like tab is provided which can be folded out laterally from a wall of the ashtray. Finally, from US Pat. No. 3,057,465 B1, an attachment for a cigarette box is known which can be at least partially pushed or placed onto the cigarette box with a correspondingly designed opening. In this essay there is also a drawer that can be pulled out and pushed back in, which can hold ashes and cigarette stubs. The proposed material is rubber, the production of such an attachment requiring considerable effort. The invention is based on the object of specifying an attachment for a cigarette packet which has a simple structural design and is easy to use. Furthermore, a correspondingly designed cigarette box should be specified. According to the invention, these objects are achieved by the features of claims 1 and 7. The core idea of the invention is that the attachment for a cigarette box comprises in a known manner an open housing that can be pushed onto an existing and usually designed in a standardized size cigarette box, which is designed in particular as a hard pack described above is. For this purpose, the housing, which has an open end face, is preferably also designed essentially in the shape of a cuboid and is dimensioned in accordance with the external dimensions of the cigarette packet. The front opening in the housing allows the attachment to be slipped onto the existing cigarette packet from the bottom and pushed onto it. It can be a even empty attachment can be pushed onto the cigarette packet practically completely and in a space-saving manner. According to the invention, a stub hole is formed in the housing or a wall of the attachment, which can be closed with a movable tab. To use the attachment, it can be pulled down or pulled off the cigarette box somewhat, so that a cavity is formed in the interior of the housing between the housing of the attachment and the bottom of the cigarette box. This cavity can be accessed through the stub hole formed accordingly on the housing, or ash and cigarette butts, which can also be referred to as cigarette stubs, can be disposed of through the stub hole into the interior of the attachment, which forms the actual ashtray or collecting space. The stub hole is assigned a movable tab which can be moved relative to the housing of the attachment. The ashtray formed by the attachment on the cigarette packet can be opened with the flap and closed again when not in use. The tab can either be designed in such a way that it completely exposes the stub hole when you move, or the tab itself is also equipped with an opening. When moving or displacing the tab, it is then displaced in such a way that the opening in the tab is essentially aligned with the stub hole in order to expose it. To close the stub hole, the tab is then moved in such a way that the opening therein is then no longer arranged above the stub hole, so to speak. In the context of the invention, the material of the attachment and a mechanism for moving the tab can be configured in any manner, but preferably as described below. It goes without saying that the attachment can be shaped accordingly in order to be arranged releasably and movably by a mere snug fit on the cigarette packet. That is to say, the attachment is adapted to the contour and size of the respective cigarette packet in such a way that it can be captively slipped onto it without additional fastening means, adhesive points or the like. The attachment can thus be attached and removed again without tools and, if necessary, disposed of separately. In particular, the attachment can be designed as a disposable item that can be placed on the cigarette box and disposed of together with the cigarette box after use, or when all cigarettes have been smoked from the cigarette box. The advantage of the invention is that when the cigarette box is empty it can be disposed of together with the postponed attachment in normal household waste. In particular, the cigarette butts or the stubs are not carelessly disposed of in the environment. The subclaims represent advantageous embodiments of the invention. In a first embodiment, the attachment consists of a particularly coated material, for example paper, cardboard, cardboard or the like, as is also used to manufacture a cigarette packet. In order to reduce the risk of fire from embers on the cigarette butt or from hot ashes, this material is coated, for example with aluminum and / or another metal and / or with another refractory material. In principle, the coating can also be designed as a separate, in particular, fireproof layer or layer or film with which the interior of the attachment is, so to speak, knocked out. For the mobility of the tab relative to the attachment or its housing, it is proposed that the tab is articulated on the housing via a pivot section. The tab, the pivoting section and the housing are preferably formed in one piece and, during the manufacture of the housing, the housing is preferably folded and / or bent in such a way that a closed housing with an opening for inserting the cigarette packet and the pivoting section articulated on the housing with the Tab for Closing the stub hole is obtained. In this case, the cut is preferably made in a sheet of cardboard, for example, in such a way that the attachment can be stably folded together without additional adhesive. In particular, the tab for closing the stub hole is arranged between two layers of a side wall of the housing, each of which is equipped with an opening for the stub hole, that the tab can be pulled out with the help of the pivoting section, so to speak, to expose the stub hole and in turn can be pushed into the double-layered wall here in order to close the stub hole. Alternatively, the tab can also be arranged on the outside in particular of a narrow side wall of the housing of the attachment in such a way that it covers the stub hole and in particular can be inserted into a retaining loop formed by slots of the housing to close the stub hole. For this purpose, the tab itself is preferably equipped with an opening in order to either expose or cover the stub hole, depending on the position of the tab with the opening relative to the housing of the attachment. In principle, the flap can also be pulled out of the holding loop formed by the slots and also peeled off relative to the pivoting section in order to expose the stub hole. In this case, the tab does not need its own opening. For easy use of the attachment, one or more handles, in particular in one piece, are integrally formed on this or on its housing. At the handle, which is formed on the narrow side wall in the area of the opening of the housing, for example, the attachment can be gripped and turned over onto the cigarette packet and then pulled off again. The handle can also serve as an insertion aid for threading the cigarette packet into the attachment. According to a further embodiment, the attachment is assigned a material section made of essentially the same material as for the housing of the attachment. This section of material is attached to the bottom of the cigarette packet before the attachment is pushed onto it. A closed ashtray is thus obtained through the interior of the housing and the additional material section at the bottom of the cigarette packet, which points into the interior of the housing of the attachment. In particular, the material section consists of a refractory material such as a coated paper corresponding to the attachment. To attach the material section to the bottom of the cigarette box, it can be factory-equipped with an adhesive point or the like. In the foregoing, the attachment was described as a separate device that can be sold separately from a pack of cigarettes. In principle, however, a cigarette box can already be equipped at the factory with such a movable attachment and, in particular, with an additional refractory material section on the bottom, in order to be able to use the unit cigarette box and attachment for the ashes and cigarette butts as disposable items and to dispose of them after use. It goes without saying that the features mentioned above and still to be explained below can be used not only in the respectively specified combination, but also in other combinations. The scope of the invention is defined only by the claims. The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the associated drawing. The figures in the drawing show: 1 shows a cigarette packet with an attached top, 2 shows a cigarette packet with a filled ashtray, [0027] FIG. 3 shows a cigarette box with an attachment with a closed stub hole, and [0028] FIG. 4 a cigarette box with an attachment with an opened stub hole. In the purely schematic and not to scale FIGS. 1 to 4, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. 1 and 2, a cigarette box 2 with an attachment 1 pushed thereon are shown in a plan view. The cigarette box 2 is designed, for example, as a conventional hard pack made of paper, cardboard, cardboard or the like. An attachment 1, which can be moved relative to the cigarette box 2, as indicated by the double arrow V, is pushed onto the cigarette box 2. The attachment 1 is formed by an essentially cuboid housing 3 which has an opening 4 on one end face in order to be able to insert the cigarette box 2 therein. The attachment 1 is adapted to the shape of the cigarette packet 2 in such a way that it can be pushed onto or removed from it without tools according to the double arrow V and, in particular, is arranged in a snug fit without additional fastening means. The attachment 1, or its housing 3, is preferably made of the same material as the cigarette box 2 and is, in particular, coated on the inside, that is to say facing the cigarette box 2. For example, by coating with aluminum foil or by folding out the top 1 with such an aluminum foil, a fire resistance or at least a low inflammability of the top 1 is obtained. In order to avoid damage to the cigarette box 2 by hot embers or ashes of a cigarette butt 6, an additional material section 5 is arranged on the bottom of the cigarette box 2, which is shown here in bold and dashed lines. For example, the material section 5 is attached to the cigarette box 2 with an adhesive point. The material section 5 can be added to an attachment 1 as a separate accessory part and can preferably be made of the same, in particular coated, material as the attachment 1. The attachment 1 is pushed completely onto the cigarette packet 1 in FIG. 1. In Fig. 2, the attachment 1 is partially withdrawn from the cigarette box 2, so that between the attachment 1, or its housing 3, and the bottom of the cigarette box 2, or the material section 5 glued to it, a cavity as an ashtray 7 for ash and cigarette butts 6 is formed. 3 and 4, the cigarette box 2 with the attachment 1 pushed thereon are shown purely schematically in a perspective view. The flap 9 for opening and closing can be seen on the cigarette box 2 in order to remove a cigarette from the cigarette box 2. In Fig. 3, the attachment 1 is completely pushed onto the cigarette box 2 and in Fig. 4 it is slightly removed from this to form an ashtray 7 inside Side wall equipped with a stub hole 8 in order to be able to access the ashtray 7 in the partially removed state in FIGS. In this case, in FIG. 3, the stub hole 8 is closed by a tab 10 which can be moved relative to the attachment 1 or its housing 3. The mobility of the tab 10 is illustrated by the double arrow B in FIG. In FIG. 4, the stub hole 8 is open and a cigarette butt 6 can be filled into the ashtray 7 formed by the housing 3 of the attachment 1. The tab 10 is preferably connected in one piece to a pivoting section 11, which in turn is preferably articulated in one piece on the housing 3 of the attachment 1. If the pivoting section 11 is raised by a user or pivoted relative to the housing 3, the tab 10 is moved and the stub hole 8 is released, as can be seen from FIG. 4. If, on the other hand, the pivoting section 11 is pressed onto the housing 3 again, the tab 10 is moved again and the stub hole 8 is closed, as can be seen from FIG. 3. For example, the tab 10 can be arranged between a double-walled side wall of the housing 3. For this purpose, the attachment 1 is, for example, appropriately folded and creased from a corresponding blank from a sheet of cardboard and preferably to the desired shape without tools and without other fastening means. folded up. To hold the tab 10 on the housing 3 of the attachment 1, a retaining loop 12 can also be formed, which is formed by slots in the housing 3. These slots are indicated in FIGS. 3 and 4 as vertical lines, between which the holding loop 12 is formed. The tab 10 can then be pushed into the hall loop 12 on the outside of the housing 3 in order to close the stub hole 8. If the flap 10 is then moved according to the double arrow B, either a breakthrough in the flap 10, not shown here to simplify the illustration, is brought into congruence with the stub hole 8 in order to expose it, or the flap 10 without breakthrough is peeled off relative to the pivoting section 11 to reveal the stub hole 8. To close it, the flap 10 is again pushed into the retaining loop 12 in order to cover the stub hole 8. In addition, a handle can be formed on the housing 3 of the attachment 1, preferably on its side walls, in particular in one piece. The handle serves both to grasp the attachment 1 and as an insertion aid for inserting the cigarette packet 2 through the opening 4 into the attachment 1. The attachment 1, optionally with the additional material section 5, can either be sold separately or the cigarette box 2 is already equipped with the attachment 1 and optionally with the additional material section 5 at the factory.
